Terms and Conditions
- This event will continue regardless of weather except in extreme circumstances
- Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the Organisers and as long as the ticket is returned within 28 days of the due Festival date. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances. A fee will be deducted from the refund to cover costs incurred by the Organisers up to the date of cancellation.
- No glass bottles, cans, non-plastic containers, large plastic containers, non plastic cutlery or crockery can be brought into the Festival arena. No glass in the campsites please.
- The Organisers will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage to personal property brought on to the Festival site
- The use of audio, audio visual or video equipment, photographic equipment i.e. professional equipment is strictly prohibited
- No access to children under 16 unless accompanied by parent/guardian. The Organisers may refuse entry without valid proof of age.
- The Organisers cannot be responsible for damage or injury caused by third parties or for loss of valuables carried on site or left in vehicles
- Any person who fails or refuses to comply with instructions from any security officer, traffic management officer, steward or other persons acting for the The Organisers may be ejected from the venue and surrounding area.
- You are advised to wear suitable clothing/footwear for an outside location - it may rain and get muddy.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. NO person considered drunk or under the influence of drugs will be admitted.
- The use of a ticket shall constitute an acceptance of these conditions by the holder
- The Organisers reserve the right to search all persons and all personal property
- Fireworks, BBQs, sparklers, flags, banners, poles, large umbrellas, gazebos, tables and any other items considered by the Organisers or Security stewards to be a potential hazard are strictly prohibited.
- All Festival venues operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs, drunken behaviour or drunken abuse.
- Any person found not using the appropriate toilet facilities can be ejected.
- Any person considered by the Organisers to be a public nuisance will be ejected.
- Any person found to be ‘crowd surfing’ or ‘moshing’ in the stage area will be ejected and the venue operates a no re-entry policy
- It is an offence for persons under the age of 18 to knowingly consume or buy alcohol on the Festival site
- We do not tolerate violent behaviour towards our staff or volunteer helpers. Any offenders will be prosecuted.
- Ticket holders consent to the use of recording, filming, broadcast media, CCTV and photographic pictures that may be used for promotional purposes, by artists as a live product or for security purposes.
- Tickets cannot be sold or used for competitions, promotions, or hospitality packages without written consent from the Organisers and any ticket so used may be void and the user refused admission.
- The Organiser of Galtres Festival 2014 is Crucial Events Promotion Ltd, who shall be solely liable for all claims made by ticket holders in relation to the festival. The contract entered into at the point of ticket purchase shall between the purchaser and Crucial Events Promotion Ltd.
