Camping

ONSITE CAMPING - 'Mosswood'

We have spaces for around 1200 tents on grass right next to the Festival arena. It's near to the main parking area, but you can't park in these field.

Sorry but the the family field at the north end of the site is now full (22/3/11). Go for Peel Park (see below) if you want to park by your car or if you want a quiet night.

There are still spaces for some caravans and campervans in the next field, some with electrical hook-ups.

No fires please and BBQs on stands. Free drinking water, lots of toilets, lights, and recycling facilities. Hot showers are offered on Sunday morning at the sports club a short walk up the road. This campsite will be catered - including full English breakfasts with veggie options, and milk for sale.

Please don't turn up without a camping pass, or we won't be able to let you camp.

OFFSITE CAMPING - 'Peel Park'

We've another camping area just outside the village of Crayke (2 miles north) connected by a shuttle bus. It's a lovely grassy bowl with loads of space for tents, caravans. and campervans. Facilities are fairly basic but there will be drinking water, toilets, recycling facilities, and some light. You can drive in and park next to your tent. We run a shuttle minibus to get you to and from the festival site, and to the showers. It's free to get to the festival site, but 1 voucher (£1.50) to get back. Permanent security patrol.

No fires please and BBQs on stands. There won't be any catering or showers at this campsite.

CAMPSITE SHOWERS

Hot showers are offered on Sunday morning at the sports club in Crayke, 1km from the festival site, and connected by the shuttle buses running between. The showers are communal (sports club changing rooms) but separate male and female (!).

CAMPSITE CHARGES

The cost for weekend camping will be a modest £10 for a small tent (up to 8 square metres - about the size of a car) or £20 for a larger tent (up to 15 square metres, the size of 2 cars). Caravans and campervans cost £40, or £50 with electric. Hot showers cost £1.50 (1 voucher) - make sure you get vouchers with your tickets.

You need to book camping in advance - you can't just turn up. We'll send you a special pass - without one you won't be able to get into the campsites. All campsite are patrolled 24x7 by our event security.

Backstage camping

An area behind the main stage will be available for event staff, volunteers and performers. Ask James  or Dan for details if you're involved in the Festival. Special passes will be required.
