Jane Johnson is the festival co-ordinator with specific responsibility for looking after caterers, traders, and stallholders. 

Jessica Churchill-Mcleod is in charge of volunteering. If you are able to help in any way, perhaps pulling pints on the day or setting up/clearing up, please contact her. 07787 506360

Alison Chambers is in charge of artist hospitality and back-stage check-in. Contact her for all queries about arrangements if you are a performer. 07845 651 561

Pete Morris is a solicitor and looks after the event licence, insurance, contracts, charities liaison and other legal issues. Pete is also an advisor to the board of Trustees - tel 07815 872536

Dan Whiting who runs The White Rooms recording studio works on the Festival of Music and Dance and looks after local bands - tel 07985 980800 . He is stage manager on the Oxman Stage during the festival.

Joff Hall, promoter at The Duchess, books and looks after profile bands and touring bands - tel 07545 476499  He is stage manager on the Duke's Stage during the festival.

Rick Havely is a professional rural arts practitioner and runs creative workshops at Galtres Festival. He's also responsible for event logistics - tel 07709 906660
